Philippe Morgan was a member of the Tir Coed team undertaking the Ystwyth Valley participatory rural appraisal. He was responsible for the development of the Cyd Coed Ystwyth Valley Community Woodland Initiative with the Nanteos Woodland Group and undertook the Cyd Coed Hafod Revenue Funding Study around the Hafod estate in association with SolTech.
